Ingredients: |
2 lbs. veal shoulder 1 onion, sliced 1 tsp. salt Dash of pepper 1/2 tsp. meat sauce | 2 cups diced potatoes, raw 1/4 cup catsup 3 tbsp. flour 1/2 cup cold water Dumpling dough |

Instructions: |
Simmer veal and onion in 1 1/2 qts. water about an hour. Add salt, pepper, meat sauce and potatoes, cook until potatoes are nearly done. Add catsup. Thicken with flour and water paste. Drop dumplings on top of meat, cover closely, and steam for exactly 12 minutes. |
