1 1/2 cups cooked ham cubes 1 medium onion, quartered 6 eggs 3/4 cup green pepper pieces 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper | |

Instructions: |
Heat oven to 375 degree. Grease a 7 x 13 inch baking pan. Chop ham and onion and put in a bowl. Put remaining ingredients in blender and grate until pepper is chopped. Add to ham and mix well. Pour into prepared pan and bake 10 minutes. Cut into 6 pieces and serve on buttered, toasted slices of French Bread. |
