Ingredients: |
2 cups raw potato cubes 1 large onion, sliced thin 2 tbsp. butter 2 cans (2 cups minced) clams cooked in own liquor 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper Rich pasty dough, enough for one-crust pie | |

Instructions: |
Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, drain. Saute onion in butter, add clams, liquor, potatoes, salt and pepper. Heat well, then pour into greased casserole. Cover with pastry, which has been gashed to allow escape of steam. Bake in hot oven, 400 degree, about 20 minutes, until browned. |
