Shrimp And Celery Chowder

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
Ingredients:
1 cup diced celery
1 cup fish stock or water
2 1/2 cups milk
1/2 tsp. salt
Few grains cayenne
1/2 cup cooked, diced potatoes
2 tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
1 cup cooked shrimp, cut
3 tbsp. butter
6 small hard crackers
 
 
Instructions:
Cook celery in stock about 5 minutes, add milk, salt, cayenne, potatoes and tapioca, cook 12-15 minutes. Add shrimp and butter, reheat. Serve piping hot with cracker on top of each serving.
