2 tbsp. butter 2 tbsp. flour 1/2 cup stock or water 2 cup sour cream | 1/2 lemon, juice only 1 clove garlic Salt and pepper 3 cucumbers, peeled and sliced |

Instructions: |
Blend butter and flour, stir in stock, cook until thick. Add sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper. Bring to boil, remove garlic clove, and add the cucumbers. Cook until cucumbers are tender. Serve in the sauce. |
