Strawberry Bavarian

Ingredients:
1 tbsp. plain gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1 cup fresh strawberry juice and pulp
 
 
Instructions:
Sprinkle gelatin over cold water, dissolve over hot water, add fruit, fruit juices, salt and sugar, cool.

When starts to thicken, fold in whipped cream, turn into one large, or individual molds, chill until firm.
