Caramel Corn

Ingredients:
4 quarts popped corn
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tbs. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup water
 
Instructions:

Cook, without stirring until it reaches the hard boil stage.

Remove from heat and add: 1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 cube (1/2 cup) butter.

Pour mixture over the warm popped corn and mix well.
