6 eggs 6 tbsp. flour 3/4 tsp. salt 6 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated 6 slices toast | |
Instructions: Separate eggs and beat whites to stiff froth. Combine flour, cheese, and salt and fold into whites. Arrange toast on cookie sheet. Pile a mound of egg white mixture on each slice of toast. Make small well in each mound, place an unbroken egg yolk in well. | |
