Spritz Cookies

Yield/Servings: 4 dozen

Ingredients:

2 cups sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 whole egg or 3 egg yolks
2/3 cup soft butter
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Instructions:
Heat oven to 400 degree. Sift flour and salt into mixing bowl. Put remaining ingredients into blender and blend until smooth. Add to flour and mix until smooth. Refrigerate about 30 minutes. Using a cookie press, form into desired shapes on ungreased cookie sheets and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
