Chocolate Ice Cream

|1/2 cup milk|
1 envelope unflavored gelatin
1/2 cup hot milk
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups marshmallows
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup heavy cream
Put cold milk and gelatin into blender, add hot milk. Process at stir until gelatin is dissolved.
