1 cup butter 1/2 cup sifted confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/4 cups sifted flour 1/4 tsp. salt 3/4 cup finely chopped nuts | |
Instructions: Mix together thoroughly: butter, confectioners' sugar, and vanilla. Sift together and stir in: flour and salt. Mix in chopped nuts. Chill dough. Roll into 2 inch balls. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degree until set, but not brown. While still warm, roll in confectioners' sugar. Cool. Roll in sugar again. Approx. 4 dozen 1 1/2 inch cookies. | |
