Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
2 eggs 1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. water
1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions:
Sift flour and measure; then sift flour, baking soda and salt. Combine in separate bowl: butter, sugar, brown sugar and beat until creamy. Beat in egg. Add flour mixture and mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.

Drop on greased cookie sheet. Approx. 1 tablespoon each cookie. Bake 375 degree in preheated oven for 10-12 minutes.
