|Yield/Servings: 2 cups|
|1/2 pound Swiss cheese, cubed|
1/2 cup Spanish green olives
1/2 cup chopped chives, fresh or frozen
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbs. milk
Grate half of the cheese. Empty into bowl. Grate remaining cheese and olives. Add to cheese along with remaining ingredients. Mix well.
