Chocolate Amaretto Cream

Ingredients:

2/3 cup evaporated skimmed milk
1 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
6 packets low-calorie sweetener
1/2 cup club soda 1/2 tsp. almond extract
4 ice cubes
Whipped topping
Dash bitters

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses. Garnish with whipped topping. Serve. Makes two servings.

Calories per serving: 141.
