Strawberry-Orange Delight

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. sugar
1 cup ice cream
1/4 cup frozen strawberries
1 egg
1/4 cup frozen orange juice, concentrated

Instructions:
Place in blender and blend well. Makes two generous servings.

This is a quick, nutritious breakfast drink.
