1 1/4 cups cheese, grated 4 eggs salt to taste pepper to taste 1 1/4 cups whipping cream 1/2 cup milk Broccoli or Spinach, well-drained 8 inch pie crust | |
Instructions: Put cheese over bottom of pie crust. Beat eggs until blended, then mix well with cream and milk. Place cooked vegetable over cheese, then pour egg mixture over whole. | |
