Vegetable Quiche

1 1/4 cups cheese, grated
4 eggs
salt to taste
pepper to taste
1 1/4 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup milk
Broccoli or Spinach, well-drained
8 inch pie crust

Put cheese over bottom of pie crust. Beat eggs until blended, then mix well with cream and milk. Place cooked vegetable over cheese, then pour egg mixture over whole.

Bake 325-350 degree, 40 minutes or until firm.
