1 1/2 pounds Tofu 1 cup buttermilk or yogurt 1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste 1 tsp. honey 2 eggs 1 1/4 tsp. salt 1/2 - 3/4 tsp. cumin (toasted) 1/4 tsp. coriander or oregano | 1/4 tsp. cayenne 2 tbs. cornmeal or whole wheat flour 1 medium onion 1 1/2 cups cheddar or Swiss, grated 1/4 cup parmesan, grated 2 cups Monterey jack cheese, grated 1 can (4 1/2 oz.) whole green chilies chopped |
Instructions: Prepare you favorite basic single 10 inch crust. Bake 450 degree for 5 minutes. | |
