Swiss Chard Pie | |

Ingredients: | |
chard - 30 leaves 1 small onion 1/4 cup butter 2 eggs grated cheese sesame or sunflower seeds (optional) | |
Instructions: Saute onion in butter till transparent. Put 30 leaves of chard torn to bite size in hot frying pan till wilted. Put this all in a pie plate -- break in 2 eggs on top and smear around with fork. Put on a topping of choice. | |
