Swiss Chard Pie

Ingredients:
chard - 30 leaves
1 small onion
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
grated cheese
sesame or sunflower seeds (optional)
 
Instructions:

Saute onion in butter till transparent. Put 30 leaves of chard torn to bite size in hot frying pan till wilted. Put this all in a pie plate -- break in 2 eggs on top and smear around with fork. Put on a topping of choice.

Bake at 350 degrees until egg is firm. Chard is a great crop as you only use some leaves and the plant continues to grow till frost.
