1 egg, beaten bread crumbs salt and pepper to taste milk or cream (for gravy) flour (for gravy) shortening (frying) | |
Instructions: Wash rabbit (skinned and dressed) with acidulated water. Then soak in tepid water for 10 minutes. Place rabbit in boiling water, boil 10 minutes and drain. Cool and cut into joints. | |
