Peanut Butter Cookies 2

Yield/Servings: 2 1/2 doz.

Ingredients:

1 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup peanut oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. sea salt
2 cups whole wheat flour

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degree. Mix peanut butter, honey, and oil together until smooth, then add vanilla and salt and mix again. Add flour a little at a time and mix well.

Form dough into cookies with hands and place on an oiled cookie sheet, flattening each with a fork. Bake for about 10 minutes, watching closely to avoid burning. Makes about 2 1/2 dozen.

Note: Can substitute peanut oil with safflower or sesame oil.
