2 cups cooked beets 1/3 cup prepared horse-radish 1 small wedge of onion 1 tbs. sugar 1 tbs. cider vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper | |
Instructions: Put all ingredients into blender. Process at mix until well-blended. For full-bodied flavor, allow relish to stand in refrigerator 2 or 3 days before using. | |
