Herb Butter

  Yield/Servings: 1 cup  
1 cup butter, room temperature
2 tbs. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon

Put butter in blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly.

Comments: Use for corn on the cob, pork or lamb chops or as a sandwich spread
