Parsley Butter

  Yield/Servings: 1 cup  
1 cup butter
2 tbs. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 cup parsley

Put butter (room temperature) in blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly.

Comments: Spread on broiled steak
