Strawberry Butter

Yield/Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 cup frozen strawberries, drained
2 tbs. confectioners' sugar

Instructions:
Put butter (room temperature) in blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly.

Comments: use on tea sandwiches or on pancakes.
