Garlic Butter

Yield/Servings: 1 cup

Ingredients:

1 cup butter
2 tbs. cream or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1 large clove of garlic

Instructions:
Put butter (room temperature) in blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly.

Comments: use on garlic bread.
