Blue Cheese Butter

  Yield/Servings: 1 cup  
1 cup butter
2 tbs. cream or milk
4 tbs. blue cheese
1 tsp. dried dill weed
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/2 tsp. dried tarragon

Put butter (room temperature) in blender and add remaining ingredients. Blend thoroughly.

Comments: Season sandwiches.
