Fresh Horse-Radish

ID: 201   Condiment/Dip  
  Yield/Servings: 1 1/2 cups  
 
Ingredients:
1 cup horse-radish root
3/4 cup white vinegar
1 to 2 tbs. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
 
Instructions:

Cut horse-radish into 1/2 inch cubes. Mix all ingredients and blend until finely grated.
