Quick Barbecue Sauce

ID: 215 Sauce

Yield/Servings: 2 1/4 cups

Ingredients:

1 1/2 cups water
2 tbs. flour
2 tbs. brown sugar
1 tbs. prepared mustard
23 tbs. vinegar
3/4 cup tomato catsup or chili sauce

Instructions:
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Pour over cooked, thinly sliced beef or pork.

Simmer for 15 minutes and serve hot on toasted buns.
