1 egg 1 1/4 cups fluid milk 3 cups cut-up cheese 1 1/2 tsp. prepared mustard 12 slices hot toast | |
Instructions: Beat the egg. Mix the egg, milk cheese, and mustard in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese melts and sauce is smooth. Serve at once on toast. | |
