Wash and cut off blossom and cut zucchini into 1/2 inch slices or cubes.
Pack in jars with fresh tomatoes, green pepper and onion.
Alternate zucchini with tomato slices, onion, pepper and repeat till jar is filled.
Add tomato juice, or fresh tomato pulp or water to within 1 inch of top. Adjust covers.
Pressure pack at 10 lbs. 20 minutes for pints. 25 minutes for quarts.
Hot water bath -- 40 minutes for pints, 45 minutes for quarts.
