10 cups zucchini 4 cups onion 5 tbsp. salt 1 chopped red pepper 1 chopped green pepper | 2 1/4 cups vinegar 4 cups sugar 1 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. dry mustard 2 tbsp. celery salt |
Instructions: Grind coarsely the zucchini and onion. Add salt. Let stand overnight. Next morning drain in colander. Add: red and green peppers. | |
