1/2 lb. ground beef 1/2 clove garlic 1/2 small onion 3/4 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. basil 2 oz. black olives | 8 oz. tomato sauce 6 oz. tomato paste 5 oz. long lasagna noodles 1 1/2 cups cottage cheese 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese 1/4 cup romano cheese |
Instructions: Brown meat slowly. Add garlic and onion. Cook until clear. Drain grease. Add salt, oregano, basil, tomato sauce end paste. Simmer uncovered 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in lots of salted boiling water. Add mushrooms and olives to meat sauce. Drain noodles and rinse immediately in cold water until cooled. | |
