3/4 pound ground beef 1 clove garlic, crushed 1 cup (8 oz.) creamed cottage cheese 8 oz. shredded mozzarella cheese 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup mayonnaise 8 manicotti, cooked, drained 1- 16-oz. spaghetti sauce 1/2 tsp. oregano Parmesan cheese | |
Instructions: Brown meat and garlic; drain fat. Blend next 4 ingredients in bowl; stir In meat. Fill each manicotti with 1/4 cup filling. Place manicotti in single layer in 10 x 6 x 3/4 inch baking dish. Sprinkle with any remaining filling. Cover with sauce. Sprinkle with oregano and parmesan cheese. | |
