1 tbs. oil 1/2 cup chopped onion 2 garlic cloves, minced 1 lb. lean ground beef 1 28-oz. can stewed tomatoes 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix 1 4-oz. can diced green chiles 1 small can chopped black olives 1 7-oz. pkg. cheese or nacho tortilla chips 1/2 lb. jack cheese, shredded 1 pint sour cream or plain yogurt 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded | |
Instructions: Heat oven to 350 degree. Saute onion and garlic in oil until transparent. Add meat and cook until browned. Blend in tomatoes, taco seasoning, chiles and olives. Simmer 20 minutes. | |
