|1 onion, chopped|
3 pounds ground beef
crushed red pepper
1 29 oz. can tomato sauce
28 oz. can peeled tomatoes
1 40 oz. can kidney beans
1 16 oz. bag elbow macaroni
Brown chop meat in fry pan and drain off fat. Saute onion (in separate pot) combine with meat and add spices. Add tomatoes, tomato sauce and kidney beans (drained and rinsed). Cook approx. 25 minutes. Serve over elbow noodles.
