8 tortillas 1 cup chopped beef, cooked 1 15 oz. can red sauce 1 cup dairy sour cream 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded | |
Instructions: Place a round tbs. of meat in each tortilla; cover meat with a tbs. of red sauce, roll up. Place overlapped side down in greased shallow baking pan. Pour remaining red sauce over enchiladas. Cover sauce with sour cream and sprinkle with cheese. | |
