Quick Enchiladas

ID: 275 Main Dish

Ingredients:

1 pound gound beef
2 cans Fritos brand enchilada dip
1 pkg. Tortillas, corn or flour
2 Enchilada dip cans
water
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated

Instructions:
Brown ground meat in skillet and season with salt and pepper. Drain. Mix Fritos brand enchilada dip with water. Place ground meat in tortilas, roll up and place seam down in shallow baking dish; side by side. Spread enchillada dip mixture over tortillas and top with grated cheese.

Bake 30 minutes at 350 degree. Serve hot.
