Tropical Curry

Ingredients:

1 1/2 lbs. hamburger
2 green onions
1 banana, sliced
2 tbs. flour
salt and pepper to taste
1 tbs. lemon juice
2 tbs. butter 1 apple, chopped
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tbs. chutney
2 tbs. raisins
1 cup pineapple pieces (drain and save juice)
1/2 pint liquid (pineapple juice and water)

Instructions:
Melt butter and saute onion, apple, bananas, and curry powder. Then add heat and brown. Add flour and cook two minutes. Add liquid, salt and pepper. Simmer 20 minutes. Finally, add pineapple pieces, raisins, and lemon juice an simmer until ready to serve. Use as a main dish.
