Fried Rice

ID: 300   Main Dish  
  Yield/Servings: 4 - 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
2 pork steaks
1 tsp. oil
1 onion, finely chopped
2 eggs, slightly beaten
4 cups cooked rice
2 tsp. soy sauce
1/2 tbs. salt
1/2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
1/8 tbs. pepper
 
Instructions:

In large fry pan, fry pork (cut in 1/2-inch pieces) till cooked. Add chopped onion till cooked. Then add egg and stir till mixed. Add pork and remaining ingredients. Reduce heat and cook over medium heat for 10-15 minutes; until heated. Stir constantly if necessary to keep from sticking to pan.

For variations: I like to add left over ham for a good flavoring.
