2 1/2 tbs. butter 2 1/2 tbs. flour 1 tsp. salt 1 onion, chopped cheddar cheese 2 cups milk 6 medium potatoes | |
Instructions: Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion, stir in flour and salt. Add milk slowly, stirring constantly until sauce boils and thickens. Add potatoes (pared and thinly sliced). Heat, stirring occasionally. | |
