Simple Corn Fritters

Ingredients:

corn
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking powder
2 cups flour
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup milk
fat for frying

Instructions:
Sift dry ingredients together. Add milk and stir. Add desired amount of corn. Drop from tbs. into hot fat and fry until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper.
