3 cups baking mix (see Basic Master Mix) 3/4 cup water | |
Instructions: Add water to mix all at once, stirring 25 strokes. Knead dough gently about 25 stokes. Knead dough gently about 15 strokes on a lightly floured board or cloth. Pat or roll 1/2 to 3/4 inch thick. Cut and bake in 425 degree oven for 10-12 minutes. Makes 18 two-inch biscuits. For drop biscuits, use 1 cup water. | |
