1 cup sifted flour 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 2 tbs. soft shortening 1/4 cup sugar or molasses 3/4 cup milk 1 cup bran | |
Instructions: Heat oven to 400 degree. Grease muffin tins. Sift flour, baking powder, and salt into a bowl. Set aside. Put egg, shortening, sugar, milk and bran into blender and mix until well blended. Pour over dry ingredients in bowl and stir only until the flour is moistened. | |
