Peach Cooler

  Yield/Servings: 1 1/2 cups  
3/4 cup cold milk
1/2 cup chilled peaches, fresh or canned
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 or 3 drops almond extract
1/2 cup vanilla ice cream, in 6 pieces (serving consistency)

Put all ingredients except ice cream in blender and liquefy until smooth.

Stop and add the ice cream and whip 3 to 5 seconds.
