Mint Stuffing

4 cups soft bread crumbs
1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. minced onion
1 egg
1/2 cup melted butter
1/4 cup chopped fresh mint leaves.

Mix together and stuff in lamb or meat of your choice.
