Ingredients:

lamb
fresh pork
salt
pepper
tomato sauce (optional)

Instructions:
On skewers arrange alternate 1 inch cubes of lamb and fresh pork, season with salt and pepper, broil until done on both sides. Before serving, slip paper frills over ends of skewers. Serve with tomato sauce if desired.
