Roast Lamb Roll

  Yield/Servings: 6 servings  
 
Ingredients:
5 lbs. should lamb, boned and rolled
1 bunch mint
1 tsp. sugar
1 glass current jelly
Juice 1 orange
 
Instructions:

Sprinkle meat with salt, pepper and flour. Bake in moderate oven, 350 degrees, about 2 hours. Serve with Orange Mint Sauce.

Orange Mint Sauce: Chop the mint very fine, adding sugar, jelly and orange juice, beat with fork.
