Lamb Shortcake

Ingredients:
lamb
white sauce
1 egg, hard-cooked
2 tbsp. parsley
baking powder biscuits
 
Instructions:

Dice left over lamb, add it to well-seasoned white sauce with 1 chopped hard-cooked egg and chopped parsley. Heat thoroughly, serve on freshly baked baking powder biscuits, split and buttered.
