Lamb roast salt pepper flour 1 large onion 1 cup catsup | |
Instructions: Sprinkle roast with salt, pepper, and flour. Place in roasting pan on rack, cover with 1 large chopped onion and 1 cup catsup. Roast uncovered, until tender, in moderate oven, 350 degrees, without added water. Allow about 20 minutes per pound. | |
