|6 loin or rib lamb chops|

6 sausage links
6 tomatoes, stuffed with corn
cooked potatoes, sliced thick
Preheat broiling oven, setting regulator at highest point. Place 6 loin or rib lamb chops, cut 1 inch thick, on rack of broiler. Cook chops, adjusting heat so chops will not brown too quickly. When one side browns, season well with salt and pepper, turn. Place 6 sausage links on rack, 6 tomatoes stuffed with corn and about a dozen thick slices of cooked potatoes, sprinkled with cheese and topped with butter.
